Mrs. Miner is a native Floridian, having grown up in Tallahassee before moving to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida. She graduated from UCF with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice. She attended the Valencia Community College Law Enforcement Academy, and earned her law degree from Florida A&M College of Law.
After law school, Mrs. Miner worked for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel for the 5th District where she practiced in the area of civil litigation. Mrs. Miner then went on to work for the Department of Children and Families as an attorney in the Children’s Legal Department. Mrs. Miner later joined The Veliz Law Firm where she practiced in civil litigation and estate
Mrs. Miner joined Giles & Robinson, P.A. in 2016. Mrs. Miner’s practice includes full-service estate plan preparation, estate and trust administration, guardianship and guardian advocate services, special needs trusts, and probate. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association Estate, Guardian, and Trust Committee, and the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
Mrs. Miner is very active in her community where she volunteers her time as a youth mentor, a reading mentor, a Guardian ad Litem, and Attorney ad Litem as well as other service projects. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking trails, going to the beach, bike riding, and cooking.
